Paul A. Wehrle M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.R

Arthritis and Rhumatology

Dr. Wehrle received a B.A. degree from UCLA, a M.A. degree from UC Berkely, and his M.D. degree from USC. He trained in the Unite States Army at Brooke and Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and is certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

He has activiely practiced rheumatology since 1980 and has concurrently hel a wide variety of clinical, administrative and leadership positions. He has published a number of articles in the medical literature and has held academic positions at the Uniformed Services Health Science University, Texas Tech University Medical School and at the University of California, San Francisco.

Working for many years at several large referral medical centers and university hospitals has afforded him a wealth of experience in diagnosing and treating a wider variety of rheumatic illnesses, ranging from the common to the extremely unusual.
