The pulmonary office of Mission Internal Medical Group is staffed with board certified specialists in pulmonary, sleep and critical care medicine. They are actively involved in the local hospitals and provide hospital consultations.
We offer patient treatment for:
- Complaints of shortness of breath
- Chronic cough
- Sleep disorders
- Referrals from other doctors to evaluate abnormal chest x-rays, CT scans or MRI's
In addition, MIMG has a pulmonary function lab that provides the following breathing tests to determine possible diagnoses of:
- Asthma
- Emphysema
- Chronic bronchitis
- Pulmonary fibrosis
- Interstitial lung disease
Hospital coverage includes the (3) South Orange County facilities of the Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center, Mission Hospital Laguna Beach, and San Clemente Hospital and Medical Center.
