HOSPITALISTS

Hospitalists are internists who treat patients who are admitted to the hospital. They specialize on the unique needs of the patient within the hospital setting. The Hospitalist, besides being an experienced Internal Medicine physician, also knows the unique internal workings of the hospital environment. This allows him to deliver efficient high quality patient care. In order to cover the patient need MIMG now has 5 Hospitalists on staff.

MIMG has 4 Hospitalists on staff.

Dr. Bahman Badie, M.D. Dr. Gerald Sugino M.D.
Dr. Sherif El-Sokkary, M.D. Strettapon Suriyaniel M.D.
Dr. Raymond Kwa, M.D.

Hospitalists only see patients in-system. When the hospital stay is over, follow up care is provided by another physician.
