Maria D'Urso, D.P.T.

Physical Therapy

Maria D'Urso graduated from University of Southern California in 2005 with her Doctor of PHysical Therapy degree.

Since then she has been a licensed physical therapist practicing at West Coast Physical Therapy, specializing in general orthopedics and pediatrics. Maria works with patients of all ages, ranging from infancy, young athletes, to the adult population.

Her internships included out-patient orthopedics and pediatric facilities. At Performing Arts physical therapy, she worked with professional dancers and while at Knight physical therapy she had the opportunity to be a teaching assistant at Mount Saint Mary's for a clinical orthopedics class.

In addition, Maria is a certified Pilates Instructor, and has been training since 2001.

She enjoys working with a wide variety of diagnoses, such as; sport specific injuries in the young athlete, torticollis, post surgical, developmental delays, general spine, shoulder, ankle knee, and hip pathologies.
