Alexandra Mark, MS, RD, Registered Dietitian

Endocrinology

Alexandra Mark is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. As an RD for Mission Internal Medical Group, Alexandra works in the Endocrinology department where she manages the Slim Premier Program. She also provides one-on-one nutrition counselling to patients with diverse needs. In addition to her work at MIMG, Alexandra enjoys public speaking and has presented at various dietetics conferences.

Alexandra came to MIMG with experience in a nutrition practice where she counselled bariatric surgery patients. She performed pre-operative assessments and provided post-operative support by assisting with meal planning, food preparation techniques, and stress management. She has a true passion for health and wellness and loves sharing her knowledge and expertise by counselling her clients and helping them achieve their personal goals. She is also an avid runner and loves competing in local races and marathons.

Alexandra received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York City, NY and her Master’s degree from Florida International University in Miami, FL. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the California Dietetic Association, the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group, and The Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition Practice Group.
